Hema Education: Hema has completed her BCA from University of Madras, Tamil Nadu.

Experience/Achievements: She is good at sports and secretary for cultural activities at college.

Expectations from GSHR: She is looking forward for a practical exposure and learn in-depth about HR systems and subsystems.

Career by Choice: HR Generalist.

Personality: Hema is a person who has lot of urge to develop and learn new task. She has a strong sense of responsibility and duty, value traditions; prefer moving in a systematic, logical and rational order..

Event/Project Exposure through GSHR: As the student of GSHR, she participated in conducting the survey on “HR Awareness” conducted by GSHR among the Final Year UG students across Chennai Colleges. She is a good team player and renders backend support in all the events conducted at Gemba. She along with her other classmates is engaged in Corporate Social Responsibility project in forthcoming month. As of now she is number three in academics at GSHR. She has participated in MCC conference on “The Core Business Propellant”.
