Mesum Ali Khan

Ali Khan Education: Mesum Ali has cleared his BCom (CS) from The New College, Tamil Nadu.

Experience/Achievements: He has worked as Customer Service Representative for Ceequence Pvt. Ltd for a period of six months. Won inter-collegiate Quiz competition, Chennai. Won oratorical competition. Participated in events – ad zaps and paper presentation.

Expectations from GSHR: He is keen to learn and develop the managerial skills essential for him to become a potential HR Manager. He wants to gain a lot from the experienced faculties and industry managers about the current HR practices.

Career by Choice: Talent Acquisition.

Personality: Mesum Ali as a person is friendly, adaptable, action-oriented, impatient with long explanations, loyal, and respectful to rules and regulations. He is a good team player.

Event/Project Exposure through GSHR: As the student of GSHR, he participated in conducting the survey on “HR Awareness” conducted by GSHR among the Final Year UG students across Chennai Colleges. He is a good backend support for any event conducted at Gemba. He is engaged in project related to “Talent Acquistion” in forthcoming events of GSHR. He was one of the member in conducting Survey on Employee Satisfaction (ES) among the employees of TNPL, Karur. He participated in seminars conducted by ISTD, MMA and HR Sangamam.
