Metilda Education: Metilda has cleared her MSc Software Engineering from Periyar Maniammai College of Technology, Tamil Nadu.

Experience/Achievements: Won prizes for drawing competition.

Expectations from GSHR: She wants to shape her personality through the course at Gemba. She is keen to best utilize her skills and work towards the growth of her career and the organization that she will be joining.

Event/Project Exposure through GSHR: As the student of GSHR, she participated in conducting the survey on “HR Awareness” conducted by GSHR among the Final Year UG students across Chennai Colleges. She has contributed her creative works for the events conducted at Gemba. She is engaged in the project on “Corporate Social Responsibility” in forthcoming month. He has participated in seminars conducted by ISTD, MMA and HR Sangamam.
