RansomEducation: Ransom has completed MSW (Medical Psychiatry) from Madras Christian College, Tamil Nadu.

Experience/Achievements: He has one year work experience at NIMHANS, Bangalore as Programme assistant & one year work experience at DMI, Tanzania as Social work Coordinator.  He was the student chairman of SEWA at MCC, Social Work Department.  Worked for Tsunami Rehabilitation Work.

Expectations from GSHR: He wants to become professional HR by learning and having hands on training in the field. He desires to link mental health in the field of HR, understand employee relations and excel in HR.

Career by Choice: HR Trainer.

Personality: J. Ransom is basically a person with high value for social order, logical, analytical, adaptable, energetic, pragmatic, and altruistic. He is highly ambitious about his career and life. 

Event/Project Exposure through GSHR: As the student of GSHR, he has got the opportunity to conduct Survey on Employee Satisfaction (ES) among the employees of TNPL, Karur.  He has played a key role in analyzing the ES Survey and presenting the results to the management of TNPL.  He is considered as best presenter of facts, surveys, reports and events in GSHR. He was one of the student coordinator for event “Future of HR” organized by Indian Society for Training and Development. He is one of the student coordinator to interface directly with eminent HR (like Mr. C. K. Ranganathan, MD Cavin Kare; Mr. G D Sharma. President HR, BGR Energy Systems).  He along with his batchmate has participated in debate (Building Brand India) organized by MMA.
