Education: Ramya has cleared her B.Tech (IT) (First class – Distinction) from St. Joseph College of Engineering, Tamil Nadu.

Experience/Achievements: She has got 3 months experience as Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. She is good in cultural – has cleared 2grades from Trinity College of London for Music in Keyboard and is also a trained Classical Dancer. Further, she is Sun certified JAVA Programmer.

Expectations from GSHR: She wants to become a HR Specialist. She is looking forward to build a great career in HR (IT Industries). Her dream is to start her own consultancy firm on her own.

Career by Choice: Organization Development

Personality: Ramya perceives events in life on a logical basis, is decisive, wants to be just and fair in decisions, spontaneously criticize and focus more on systems and organizational needs.  She is very optimistic about life and would love to have fun than be serious minded.

Event/Project Exposure through GSHR: She has been an excellent coordinator for a huge convention on "Future of HR" conducted by Indian Society for Training & Development (HR forum). She is the Student Editor for GURU Magazine (Magazine developed, created, marketed across corporates through GSHR students). She has in her credit interacting with eminent HR managers (Mr. G D Sharma. President HR, BGR Energy Systems, Mr.Venkatramana, Senior VP HR, Reliance, Mr. Vishwanathan, Head HR, Odessey , Mr. Murali- Proprietor, Krishna Sweets, ). As of now she is leading in academics in GSHR. She was the part of survey on "HR Awareness" conducted by GSHR among the Final Year UG students across Chennai Colleges. She has also participated on HR Sangamam Meet.
