Education: Akshay has cleared his UG degree in Catering Technology and Culinary Arts from Culinary Academy of India, Hyderabad.

Experience/Achievements: years worked as Assistant Cook at Princess Cruise Liners. He has won “Mr Hospiality” Award in college. He took active participation at sports, services and cultural – Football, Cricket, Handball, Afro Asian Games(Volunteer), NSS, School Band, Skit, etc.

Expectations from GSHR: He wants to enhance his knowledge and skill sets required for the industries and become a successful HR Manager.

Personality: Akshay is outgoing, diplomatic, generous, observing, action oriented, and enthusiastic.  He is able to do and to say "the hard thing".  He prefers thinking to emotion and more apt to prefer reality over the abstract.

Event/Project Exposure through GSHR: He got the opportunity to organize, lead and represent GSHR successfully in the Management Event (La Corrida) conducted by MCC, Chennai.    He participated in conducting the survey on “HR Awareness” conducted by GSHR among the Final Year UG students across Chennai Colleges.  He has attended many seminars conducted by HR Sangamam, ISTD and Employee Recruitment Association.  HE had the privilege to have an interaction with Mr. C. K. Ranganathan, MD - Cavin Kare.
