Arya Ambika Arumugam

Arya Education: Arya has done her graduation in sociology from Griffith University, Australia.

Experience/Achievements: She has presented research paper on “Cultural Impact of Outsourcing in St. Marys University, San Antonio, Texas, USA, published several poems in newspapers, awarded as school poetess in Bethany High School.

Expectations from GSHR: She wants to become an HR manager wherein she can contribute new ways to recognize people and their concern. She is keen to understand the cultural impact on people development due to globalization.

Career by Choice: HR Research

Personality: Arya is a person who would love interacting with people, imaginative, openminded, enthusiastic, ingenious, inclusive and downright inspiring. She enjoys reading philosophies of life from various sources.

Event/Project Exposure through GSHR: As the student of GSHR, she has participated in conducting the survey on “HR Awareness” conducted by GSHR among the Final Year UG students across Chennai Colleges. She takes special interest in contributing articles in GURU magazine. She has attended many seminars conducted by ISTD, MMA and HR Sangamam. She has participated in MCC conference on “The Core Business Propellant”.
