Founder Director and CEO of People First Consultants, a HR Consulting Firm in Chennai. He has 13 years of rich experience in Cultural Development, Training, Executive Search and Consulting. He is an accomplished Engineer from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani
He has been involved in Human Potential training from 1995. In the course of the last 13 years he has trained people all over India and also at Sri Lanka. The spectrum of people he has worked with ranges from senior management, managers, executives and workers of large organizations to housewives to students. He has conducted various public and in-company workshops on Results Management, People Management, Art of Learning, Creating New Choices using NLP and Managerial Effectiveness. For 3 years he worked along with Dr Richard Mc Hugh on the 10 day intensive Basic and Advanced NLP Training in and outside India. He has also done consulting for companies on Holistic Management Practices, Leadership and Employee Productivity.
He has conducted in-house workshops for companies like Tata Steel, Jamshedpur, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC), Advani Oerlikon Ltd., Apollo Hospitals, Malladi Group of Companies, Brakes India Ltd., IBIL Tech Ltd., Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Bush Boake Allen Ltd., Aircell, Ramco Systems etc.
Arul Dev’s quest for the last 13 years has been to explore, live and teach what enables a human being to be spiritual and integral to self and at the same time be highly successful in the world. As part of this search he has studied various Eastern and Western approaches to self growth, transformation and liberation. His workshops are evolved from his experience in living and teaching these concepts.
For the last 2 years he is associated with a global NGO called EnlightenNext, which is focused on the global evolution of consciousness and culture. In this capacity he is engaging through various forums aimed at Cultural Transformation, Youth Development. Leadership and Change in the 21st century. He is pioneering the movement of EnlightenNext in India. The sessions he has been conducting include Cosmology, Leadership and Change, Cultural Evolution, Meditation, Development of Value Spheres and Spiral Dynamics – a tool for change and cultural transformation. |
