Panneer is an Engineer turned HR professional with 20 years of experience in Training, HR and OD.

He is currently the General Manager – HR with India Cements Ltd., Along with other Corporate HR responsibilities he is accountable for Talent identification and staffing, Talent development & transformation and Performance Management processes. He caters to the needs of 8 plants and 4000 people of cement & sugar businesses of the group.

In his previous assignment with CEO consulting as Principal Consultant - HR & OD, he was providing solutions to multi various companies in India and abroad and had travelled widely to South East Asia, Middle East, Africas and UK. Earlier he was with SGS India taking care of learning and development and was with Kone Elevators part of their HR & tech. training team.

He has presented papers and run training sessions in various national and international forums and conferences. His passion areas include large-scale change processes, Balanced Score Card, Competency mapping & development, Performance management systems etc.,

Panneer lives in Chennai with his wife and two children.
