P Srinivasan has over 15 years of experience in pro-active and reactive Human Resources Management in Organizations of repute with progressive cultures and across multiple industry verticals. He is an alumni of DG Vaishnav College, Chennai where he completed his Bachelor’s in Physics and his Master’s in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations in 1993.

Since 2006, he is Vice President HR – India for HOV Services Ltd. (formerly Lason India), a proven provider of business process and knowledge process outsourcing firm ranked 15th on the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals' (IAOP) and Global Outsourcing 100 list for 2008. HOVS employs over 9000 resources in India and offers services from 50 locations across North America, Mexico, China & India.

His earlier assignment was as Senior Manager - Personnel in Sundaram-Clayton (for eleven years) now Wabco Automotive UK Ltd, which is a part of the $6000 million American Standard Inc. He championed various HR initiatives and was a core team member in the TQM implementation & Policy deployment, Deming & JQM award committees, various Change Management programs and is a Certified Lead auditor for EMS (BVQI).

He started his career as a Management Trainee at Indo International Ltd. and quickly rose to ranks of Deputy Manager- Personnel heading one of it’s Export unit at Chennai where he successfully implementing various HR initiatives.
