Heading the team of Recruitment, Establishment and Compensation & Benefit management / administration of the Chennai plant that employed 3000 personnel (including Marketing & Sales personnel throughout India) reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources.

Head of HR functions for Southern Region employees at three manufacturing locations and Marketing & Sales professionals in four states of India numbering about 600.
DCW is the INR 600 Crores, Industrial Chemical giants M/s. DCW Ltd, and this company pioneered the concept of Free Flowing Iodized Salt. It also offered a range of food products using form, fill & seal Technology. The company achieved No 1 position in the market gaining over companies like HLL, TATA etc.

Headed the HRD functions in TVS, Asia’s Largest Automobile dealer / distributor representing major brands in segments viz.,Heavy commercial Vehicles, Light Commercial Vehicles, Cars and Special purpose machines (Earth movers / Cranes). Apart from the above, the business includes Logistics Solutions to major auto manufacturers, in India, Srilanka & Gulf region, Developing Software solutions to Auto Ancillary Product manufacturers on sales / distribution, Warehouse management & Fleet Management software. The turnover exceeds INR 1,500 crores P.A. employing about 3000 personnel spread throughout India

Asst.Manager (Personnel) - CHOKHANI INTERNATIONAL LTD. Chennai Port.
The first floating Dry Docks in India established in collaboration with the Madras Port Trust and Keppel shipyard, Singapore. Employed about 600 personnel and was estimated to turn around INR 40 crores during the first year of operation.

Joined as Management Trainee and underwent training on all facets of Human Resources Management which included Management Development Programs through leading B-School of India and On-the-Job training.
HAL is the premier high tech aircraft manufacturing industry owned by Indian Government that manufactures both civilian & defence aircrafts in collaboration with many internationally fame manufacturers. The employee’s strength is 47,000 and the annual turnover is about IRS 2000 crores
